Drill Rods

Top hammer drill tools consist of shank adapters, top hammer drill and top hammer drill rods and coupling sleeves that are responsible for connecting other parts. They are primarily applied in hydraulic rigs for long hole mining, deep-water exploration, well drilling and anchoring. The suitable types of threads include R25, R28, R32, R35, T38, T45, T51, GT60, and the length ranges from 600 to 6400 mm for various drilling sites.

Maxdrill’s top hammer drill rods, such as, lightweight drill rods and extension rods, are manufactured from high-strength materials. Along with the special design for heavy duty, drill rods features safety of use, high drilling performance and long service life.

Increased productivity

Maxtrill’s drill tools are designed to break rocks and drill holes in an efficient way that it transmits energy generated by the drill rig into rocks with less energy loss. To increase drilling productivity, Maxdrill has developed a new series of MF drill rods for open use based on user feedback, advanced technology and mature techniques. The MF drill rods do better in transmitting percussive force and enhancing rate of penetration as they are stronger, more resilient and more efficient in reducing energy loss.

Mature technology

Maxdrill has developed a whole set of mature technology and equipment of raw material process, smelting, machining and heat treatment. We manufacture various series of ordinary drill rods and quick drill rods with different threads and in various lengths, such as, T38-3.66m and T45-3.66M, to support underground and surface drilling work.
